CANCELLATION / RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
PRODUCT CANCELLATION/RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY: Green Planet Bio Products (hereinafter referred to as “Firm”) has adopted the following policy for handling product cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds. The purpose of this policy is to define the conditions under which goods may be cancelled/returned for replacement or refund.
The Firm focuses on consumer satisfaction and aims to provide quality products. If a consumer is not satisfied with the quality or performance of any product, they may return/exchange it within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will depend upon the marketability and saleability of the product, as per the conditions laid down in this policy.
Applicability: This policy applies only to products in marketable and saleable condition or partially used items. It does not apply to intentionally damaged or misused products.
1. DEFINITIONS:
- Consumer: Any person who purchases products offered by the Firm, including Associates and Retail Customers.
- Green Planet Associate (GPA): A person appointed on a principal-to-principal basis to sell and market the Firm’s products.
- Retail Customer: A customer who purchases through a Green Planet Associate.
- Refund: The return of money paid.
- Buyback/Repurchase: Process by which the GPA returns products to the Firm and receives a refund or exchange.
- Saleable: Unopened, unused, unexpired, and marketable goods, not discontinued or on special promotion.
2. COOLING OFF PERIOD:
If a GPA terminates their contract within 30 days of joining, they may return all purchased items in saleable condition for a full refund.
3. BUY-BACK / REPURCHASE POLICY:
- Goods must be in saleable condition and returned within 30 days from purchase/delivery.
- Original invoice and valid ID proof must be submitted by the GPA for processing.
- Refund is processed after deductions (packaging, courier, commissions, taxes, etc.).
4. PRODUCT RETURN PROCEDURE:
- Only the GPA who ordered may return the product. Retail customers must contact the GPA.
- Consumers can also email info@greenplanetindia.com with the invoice and reason for return.
- Returns can be delivered personally or shipped. Shipping liability lies with the sender.
- Products will be inspected by Firm officials before refund/exchange.
- Refunds/exchanges are processed within 7 working days after inspection. Final decision lies with the Firm.
5. RETURN EXCEPTIONS:
- Damaged/tampered products cannot be returned. Do not accept such deliveries.
- Original product tag and packaging must be intact for full refund.
- Partially used returns are subject to inspection and condition.
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Committee.
Products not eligible for return:
- Products physically damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging.
- Products with missing/altered/unreadable serial or batch numbers.
- Products without a properly filled original invoice.
6. RESTOCKING FEE AND REFUND:
No restocking fee applies. However, original shipping/handling charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment source. For cash transactions, account details must be provided for refund processing.
7. SUGGESTIONS & COMPLAINTS:
- For issues regarding exchange/return, contact the Consumer Grievance Redressal Committee as per the policy on the Firm’s website.
- Ensure the invoice is properly filled, including batch number, at the time of purchase. This is essential for processing returns.
