SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Green Planet Bio Products (herein referred to as “Firm”) has a Consumer Centric approach of conducting Business. We ensure that the Consumer’s experience post purchase is smooth, seamless and delightful with respect to the quality and speed of delivery. We also keep our Consumers appraised about various stages of the order placed: Order Processing, Dispatch & Delivery.

What are the shipping charges on products?

  1. If the invoice value of a single order placed by the consumer is INR 25,000/- or above, then the products will be delivered to the consumer free of cost all over India.
  2. For order values below INR 25,000/-, shipping and delivery charges of INR 80/- per kg of gross weight will be applicable across India.
  3. Additional courier charges may be applicable on selected pin codes or under unprecedented circumstances. These will be intimated before order placement.
  4. In case of return, cancellation post-dispatch, or exchange, any refund will be issued after deducting delivery charges. If free delivery was availed, those charges will also be deducted from the refund amount.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

  1. We aim to deliver your order in the fastest time and best condition.
  2. Delivery within India takes 5–10 working days from order confirmation, barring government-imposed delays or unforeseen circumstances. Any extended delay will be notified to the consumer.

Consumers are advised to refuse delivery if the package is tampered with or damaged, and should immediately contact Green Planet Bio Products via phone or email at info@greenplanetindia.com with the order reference number. We will ensure prompt replacement delivery.

Note:

  • Provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. If a package returns due to an incomplete address, reshipping charges will be borne by the consumer.
  • For product/device repairs, consumers must visit a branch or cover one-way courier charges to ship to: GP Tower, 1-Amar Garden, Near Pathankot Chowk, NH-1, Jalandhar - 144004 Punjab, India.
