This Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Green Planet Bio Products (sole owner of its website greenplanetindia.com) that states the terms and conditions under which you may receive the Green Planet Service and use the Green Planet Website and its products.
These Website Terms and Conditions contained herein on this webpage shall govern your use of this website, including all pages within this website, content platforms, and applications (collectively referred to herein below as this “Website”).

1. Green Planet Service
The Green Planet Service is a transaction, information, and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access greenplanetindia.com. It currently provides an online shopping and delivery service and may in the future offer additional related services.
Green Planet Associates will shop and deliver orders placed via the service. Product prices may vary from those in retail stores. Delivery is made within 15 working days to the specified address. You must ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order. If no one is present or incorrect details are provided, additional charges may apply. If you're unsatisfied with an item, you may contact customer service at the time of delivery via 1800 137 4699. Our liability for a missed delivery is limited to a rescheduled delivery at no extra cost.
a) Pricing
All products listed on greenplanetindia.com will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. Final prices will be confirmed during the checkout process. Some commodity prices may fluctuate daily and will be updated accordingly on the site.
b) Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation. Customers can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order via the portal or phone. Suspected fraudulent transactions may be canceled at our discretion. A negative list of such transactions will be maintained, and access may be denied.
c) Return & Refunds
Recipients must confirm that products match the invoice and are undamaged. Issues must be reported within 30 days. Returns for change of mind are accepted if the seal is unbroken. Refunds will be processed within 15 working days via the original payment mode.
2. Product Content :
Product images are for representative purposes only. Every effort is made to maintain accurate and up to date product related content on Green Planet. Green Planet does not claim responsibility or accept liability for any loss or damage due to use based. Packaging, product size, product contents & nutritional information may change without any prior intimation.
Use products at your own discretion.
3. Property Rights :
a) Copyright: All content on greenplanetindia.com including, but not limited to, design, text, graphics, interfaces, and the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software are the property of Green Planet, or its content providers. Green Planet authorizes you to view and copy for the sole purpose of placing an order with greenplanetindia.com, for your personal use, provided that you preserve any copyright or other proprietary notices. Any other use of materials on greenplanetindia.com, including, but not limited to, reproduction, modification, distribution or publication for any commercial or public purposes, without the prior written permission of Green Planet is strictly prohibited. greenplanetindia.com reserves the right to revoke this authorization at any time, and any use shall be discontinued immediately on written notice from greenplanetindia.com.
b) Trademarks: "Green Planet" "greenplanetindia.com," all greenplanetindia.com logos, and all titles, characters, names, graphics and button icons are service marks, trademarks and/or trade dress of greenplanetindia.com or otherwise proprietary to Green Planet and may not be used by you for any reason other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
4. Your Account :
You agree to provide greenplanetindia.com with accurate and complete information as required at time of registration for the Green Planet Service ("Registration Form"), including, but not limited to, your legal name, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number and you should promptly notify greenplanetindia.com of any change in your Customer Registration Data at greenplanetindia.com’s message box. Upon registration, your username and password will allow you to access the Green Planet Service. Your password should be kept strictly confidential to prevent unauthorized use. You agree to notify greenplanetindia.com promptly of any unauthorized use of your password or your account. You will remain liable for any use of the Green Planet Service until you notify greenplanetindia.com of the unauthorized use, loss or theft.
5. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Use:
Note on Eligibility: greenplanetindia.com does not offer the Green Planet Service to children. By registering for the Green Planet Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Occasionally, greenplanetindia.com may extend promotional offers to existing or potential customers. By using such offers, you agree to the related terms and conditions. Circumventing these terms is considered fraudulent and may lead to liability for damages.
